ILC is Thailand’s first laboratory accredited under ISO/IEC 17025

A Major Milestone in Sunscreen Testing 🏆

Product Evaluation Laboratory, International Laboratories Corp., Ltd. (ILC) is Thailand’s first laboratory accredited under ISO/IEC 17025 for sunscreen efficacy testing, ISO 24443:2021/Amd.1:2026 (UVA Protection) — the result of a proactive roadmap in place since 2023.

✅ Accredited under ISO/IEC 17025* — the gold standard for testing laboratories — for ISO 24443:2021/Amd.1:2026, a first for Thailand

✅ Achieved “Satisfactory,” BIPEA’s top rating, for two consecutive years (4 rounds) under ISO 24443:2021/Amd.1:2026

✅ Achieved “Satisfactory” in the world’s first Proficiency Testing round for ISO 23675:2024

🔜 Preparing to apply for scope extension to ISO 23675:2024, aiming to become Thailand’s first laboratory accredited for both standards

*ISO/IEC 17025 is the gold standard for testing laboratories worldwide — the benchmark that confirms technical competence and the reliability of test results.

This achievement reflects ILC’s early recognition of industry standard shifts — adopting Robotic Spreading Technology since 2023, completing advanced training with world-leading experts, and participating in Proficiency Testing from its very first round, at a time when no other Thai company had yet shown interest.

As Thailand’s first OEM/ODM cosmetics manufacturer under the Sahapat Group, ILC believes that lasting success comes from sustained investment and continuous capability building — acting ahead of change to stay a step ahead of global standards and be ready for whatever comes next, before anyone else.
